Helping Couples Plan & Organise
Their Wedding Day
Wedding planning often feels like a big puzzle.
You can see the big picture, but you're missing some of the key small pieces that bring it all together.
Wedding coaching is simply an experienced wedding planner coming alongside you to help you think clearly and with direction, so you don't miss any moving pieces to your wedding day.
Our goal is never to create the perfect Pinterest wedding, or to tell you how your wedding should look.
It's to help you create a wedding that feels like you two.
One you'll actually enjoy planning, remember for all the right reasons, and look back on with the fondest memories.

In their own words...
"From the moment we started our coaching sessions, Cass helped us understand what was involved and what we needed to do in an easy-to-follow timed plan. We didn’t realise just how many small details go into a wedding, but Cass made sure nothing was missed.
What we appreciated most was how Cass helped us stay true to what we wanted. With so many opinions coming from all directions, she guided us in making decisions that genuinely reflected us as a couple.
Her calm, organised and supportive presence made the entire process of planning and executing our wedding feel effortless and enjoyable, including managing the day for us. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her more highly."
A DIY Wedding With a Clear Plan - Andy & Siarrah
The challenge
Andy and Siarrah were planning a DIY wedding on a tight budget, and neither of them had ever been to a wedding before (this is not uncommon!). They had ideas about what they wanted the day to feel like, but needed help turning those ideas into something practical plus understanding and managing expectations.
There were a lot of moving pieces to think through, from the ceremony and reception to timings, setup, suppliers and all the little details that are easy to miss when you've never planned a wedding before.
How coaching helped
We started with a 90-minute Clarity Session to work through what Andy and Siarrah wanted, what mattered most, and how to bring it all together. From there, we created a clear timeline and checklist, then checked in monthly in the lead-up to the wedding to keep everything on track.
They ended up having me coordinate the day as well, making sure everything ran on time and went to plan. It meant they could relax, take it all in and enjoy their wedding without being the ones fielding questions or worrying about what needed to happen next.

Worried about the missing details - JJ & Brielle
The challenge
JJ and Brielle had already planned a good portion of their wedding, but with three months to go they had that nagging feeling they hadn’t covered everything. They were also working with a tight budget, trying to work out what was worth prioritising, what they could let go of, and how to stay on the same page as a couple.
They needed someone to look over the bigger picture, spot what was missing, and help them feel confident they were actually on track.
How coaching helped
We started with a 90-minute Clarity Session and uncovered a number of things they hadn’t yet considered. From there, I gave them a thorough, timed to-do list so they knew exactly what needed to happen and when.
They ended up hiring me for rehearsal day co-ordination, which came with a run sheet and clear directions to the wedding party (and friends & family), making sure everyone knew what to expect on the day. That meant JJ and Brielle could enjoy the rehearsal themselves instead of having to organise everyone around them. It also gave them confidence for the actual day, knowing everyone's responsibilities were communicated clearly.

In their words
"Having our wedding during COVID was tricky to say the least. However, with Cass's support, we were able to pull off the day and enjoyed all the moments in the lead-up.What seemed like an impossibility at some stages ended up becoming our dream wedding day."
Planning Through the Unexpected - Thomas & Jamie-Lee
The challenge
Planning a wedding during COVID brought a whole extra layer of uncertainty. Restrictions were changing, plans had to stay flexible, and there was the constant question of whether the wedding they envisioned would even be possible.
They wanted an intimate, meaningful day that still felt like them, without letting all the uncertainty take over the planning process and cause additional stress.
How coaching helped
We worked through what mattered most to them, adapted the plans around the restrictions, and found practical ways to make their wedding work without losing what they had always envisioned the day to be. We created a clear plan and I helped on the day to manage the complexities that came with COVID wedding.
Together, we planned and executed an intimate, unique wedding that felt completely theirs. Despite everything happening around them, they were able to enjoy the day they had always hoped for!
